The work of leading well can't be delegated.

But you don't have to do it alone.

Bennett Strategic Leadership offers three distinct paths for leaders, their teams, and organizations ready to get honest about how they're actually working.

All engagements are scoped in partnership – no off-the-shelf solutions.

YOUR MIRROR AND THOUGHT PARTNER

1:1 Executive Coaching

For the leader carrying what no one else can see.

One-to-one engagements built to cut through complexity, build clarity, and develop leaders who can carry more without losing themselves in the process.

Engagements run from six months to a full year, scoped around your goals and what's getting in the way. Deeper engagements can include the Leadership Circle Profile 360 — the gold standard in leadership assessment — so coaching is grounded in rich data from start to finish.

Every engagement includes sponsor alignment at launch, midpoint, and close.

Assessment add-ons available: CliftonStrengths, DiSC, Working Genius.

ACHIEVE TEAM ALIGNMENT

Leadership Team Effectiveness

Technically capable. Not yet operating at your collective best.

The talent is there. What's missing is the trust, clarity, and shared commitment that lets a group of strong individuals lead as one.

This work builds that foundation — using tools like the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, CliftonStrengths, and DiSC to move a team from working alongside each other to working with first team mentality.

AN HONEST LOOK AT YOUR ORGANIZATION

Organizational Development

Most organizations know something's off before they can name it. Two ways we can approach pinpointing the cause and moving your company forward:

Organizational Health Assessment & Recommendations
A structured diagnostic — stakeholder interviews, data synthesis, and a written report with prioritized next steps — that surfaces what's working, what's in the way, and what the org needs to grow. Delivered to leadership with a facilitated debrief.

Values Identification & Culture Surveys
Helps organizations name what they actually stand for — not just what looks good on a wall. Includes facilitated values discovery, culture survey design and administration, and clear recommendations for closing the gap between stated and lived values.

Leadership Assessments

Good coaching needs good data. These are how we see clearly and stay in alignment.

Leadership Circle Profile 360

The gold standard in leadership assessment. Multi-perspective data on how you actually show up as a leader, not how you think you do.

CliftonStrengths

What you're naturally wired to do well, so you can build on it instead of grinding against it.

The Six Types of Working Genius

The kind of work that energizes you versus the kind that drains you — and how utilizing each type sets a team up for success.

DiSC

A shared language for how different people communicate, make decisions, and work – together instead of past each other.

Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team

An honest read on where a team's trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results actually stand.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

How you're wired to engage with the world and make decisions — introversion or extroversion, structure or spontaneity, logic or emotion.

Commonly Asked Questions

  • How do I know I'm ready for leadership coaching?

You can never start with a coach too early. So often, people are thrown into leadership positions without ever getting leadership training to go with it. Having someone in your corner as your sherpa while navigating the working world makes sense at any stage. Think of a coach as part of your board of directors: someone who helps keep you accountable and helps you see what you can't see yourself, as you build your authentic leadership brand. This isn't just true for executives — I work with first-time leaders all the way up to the C-suite, not only Chiefs of Staff.

  • Will my employer cover this, or is it something I'd pay for myself?

Both. Many employers invest in this through professional development or continuing education dollars. But not everyone has that available — sometimes the employer covers part of it and the individual covers the rest, and sometimes it's fully self-funded.

  • If my company is sponsoring this, will you tell them what we talk about?

As an International Coaching Federation coach, I abide by their strict code of ethics, and every coaching relationship is confidential. If your coaching is sponsored by your organization, there will be periodic check-ins, but the relationship itself stays confidential. The purpose of those check-ins — and occasionally a final report — is simply to show ROI on the organization's investment in you as a leader, not to share the substance of our conversations.
